Massachusetts, USA About
Hi, I'm Shaun.
I've spent the last five years making sure businesses and people look as good online as they really are.
I started on the front line, answering customer calls at a consumer brand, and worked my way up to running its brand reputation: reviews, social media, customer feedback and the reports that went to leadership every month. In four months, our review scores went up 35%. Complaints went down 25%, because I built a feedback loop that fixed problems before they turned into bad reviews.
After that I led reputation and social media fulfillment at an online reputation agency, looking after 300+ clients at once with a team in the US and overseas. I built the playbooks, templates and processes that team used every day, including an AI tool that wrote first drafts of client bios so we could spend our time on the parts that need a person.
I named my business The Good Lookup because that's the whole job: when someone looks you up, they should come away with a good impression.
Now I work directly with small businesses, founders and professionals. I keep things simple: a clear plan before I start, updates while I work, and a handover at the end so you know exactly what was done and why.
Everything I do is white-hat. No fake reviews, no bought followers, no shortcuts that come back to bite you.
By the numbers
- 300+
- clients managed at once at a reputation agency
- 35%
- higher review scores in four months for a consumer brand
- 25%
- fewer customer complaints through a feedback loop I built
- 100+
- real reviews generated in six months, no shortcuts
Results from my in-house and agency roles. Every business is different, and I don't promise specific results.
How I work
Three promises.
- 01
A clear plan before I start.
You'll know what I'm doing, in what order, and when to expect it.
- 02
Updates while I work.
Short check-ins, not silence followed by a surprise.
- 03
A handover at the end.
So you know what was done and why, and can keep it going yourself.
Let's make your first impression a good one.
A free 15-minute call is the easiest place to start. No pitch, just a plan.
